Medical Director

We're seeking a highly experienced and strategic Medical Director to join AXA Health. As the most senior medical lead with responsibility for healthcare governance, performance, and risk, you'll be responsible for a number of critical areas, including overseeing both the clinical and commercial performance of our healthcare providers. Your role will include provider oversight, driving performance improvements, and ensuring operational excellence for the care we fund on behalf of our members. This senior leadership position is ideal for a professional committed to delivering high-quality healthcare, leading strategic initiatives, and ensuring operational and healthcare quality assurance. This role is not a purely governance-focussed role and would suit a Medical Director who is keen to drive overarching performance improvements and build a strong grounding as a rounded, customer-focussed, and commercially astute leader.
