Ochsner Health is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Transplant Nephrologist to serve as Medical Director of Kidney Transplantation. As a leader in robotic transplantation, including both donor nephrectomy and kidney transplantation, the program continues to push the boundaries of what is possible in transplant surgery. The Medical Director will lead and oversee a team of four transplant nephrologists while working in close partnership with a highly experienced surgical team of ten transplant surgeons. Supported by a dedicated advanced practice provider team and a 24/7 inpatient coverage model, the program offers a strong and collaborative infrastructure.
