Medical Director - Emergency Medicine

IES seeks a Regional Medical Director for OakBend Medical Center (OBMC) located in a suburb just southwest of Houston. OBMC is the only independently owned health system in Texas and is comprised of three hospital ERs. (2 in Richmond and 1 in Wharton, TX). The three ERs are nearly fully staffed with an established core group of proven ER physicians. This position features unique aspects of collaboration and support which will include an Associate Medical Director and the Executive VP of IES Houston, who has provided clinical leadership since 2012. The current Medical Director will assist in the transition. This position includes a monthly stipend and 30 hours per month for administrative work.
