Job Description

You will provide technical support to operations by maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving equipment and systems to ensure reliable and efficient performance.

Job Responsibility

  • Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and equipment checks
  • Monitor system performance and document findings
  • Support equipment installation, upgrades, and validations
  • Coordinate maintenance activities with internal teams and external vendors
  • Manage spare parts and support materials as needed
  • Maintain technical documentation and follow internal procedures
  • Adhere to safety and compliance requirements

Requirements

  • Relevant technical qualification or equivalent experience
  • Experience in maintenance, calibration, or equipment support
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Basic proficiency with standard software tools

  • Redirect calls to subject matter experts as defined in protocols
  • Document all calls or correspondences
  • When required, assist in processing completed monitor studies and facilitate the upload and data entry of devices returned by patients
  • Other duties as assigned
