Job Description

As a member of Baxter's sales team, you'll be aligned to one of our global business units and be responsible for new business, developing existing accounts and ensuring patient-centric approach in all your dealings. You'll work within an assigned geographic area or with specific accounts to achieve or exceed personal and business goals, all in pursuit of our mission to save and sustain lives. In the sales role, you'll have the opportunity to provide input on new markets and products, manage customer concerns, and collaborate with other teams.

Job Responsibility

  • Promote the product portfolio in the patient room environment (hospital beds, specialty beds, therapeutic surfaces, connectivity, thermometry, and vital signs monitors)
  • Guarantee, promote, and develop sales in French departments 13/26/84/04/05/06/83
  • Implement and ensure execution of an annual regional business plan
  • Prospect, identify, and engage regional public and private targets
  • Establish comprehensive sector action plans (planning, actions, prioritization, budgeting)
  • Manage sales forecasts and rigorously update information in Baxter's dedicated software
  • Collaborate with the Sales Director to build customized offers meeting client expectations while respecting national strategy
  • Ensure full client satisfaction through training plans, satisfaction measures, and flawless deliveries
  • Coordinate dynamic management of demonstrations in the sector with application engineers and sales assistants
  • Identify and manage regional influential stakeholders to expand Baxter's presence
  • Provide regular and detailed activity reports
  • Implement quality assurance procedures and effectively handle client complaints
  • Plan and coordinate client interventions with relevant internal services (Marketing, Customer Service, etc.)

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of sales experience in the hospital sector
  • Positive interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in English is strongly desired
