Job Description

We are currently seeking Medical Device and Digital Health Lawyers for a variety of healthcare clients.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients on data privacy and security, telemedicine, mobile health applications, electronic health records, artificial intelligence, and medical device regulations
  • Assess and monitor compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards related to digital health operations
  • Develop and implement compliance programs to ensure adherence to legal requirements and best practices
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and licenses related to digital health products and services
  • Ensure contracts are in compliance with applicable laws and protect the interests of the clients

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in healthcare law, technology law, or a related field
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, HITECH Act, FDA regulations) and technology-related laws (e.g., data protection, cybersecurity, telecommunication laws)
  • Strong understanding of digital health technologies, including electronic health records, telemedicine platforms, wearables, and health applications
  • Proven experience in contract drafting, negotiation, and review related to technology and healthcare
