Medical Data Entry Clerk

• Accurately input and update medical records into the designated systems
• Retrieve and organize patient files as needed for various medical processes
• Perform general administrative duties to ensure smooth office operations
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of medical data entries
• Collaborate with team members to support healthcare-related workflows
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with healthcare data protection regulations
• Conduct routine audits of medical records to ensure consistency and compliance
• Assist in preparing reports or documentation related to patient records
• Respond to requests for medical information promptly and professionally.

• Proven experience in administrative assistance or data entry roles
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under time constraints
• Familiarity with handling sensitive medical information and maintaining confidentiality
• Proficiency in using computer systems and data entry software
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Effective communication abilities, both written and verbal
• Knowledge of healthcare or medical record management practices is a plus
• Availability to work onsite Monday through Friday within the specified hours.
