We are looking for a dedicated Medical Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis in Louisville, Kentucky. In this role, you will play a vital part in managing healthcare orders and interacting with medical professionals to ensure smooth operations. Job Responsibility:
Communicate effectively with healthcare providers to obtain necessary documentation and signatures for orders
Manage electronic medical records (EMR) and ensure accurate data entry and organization
Utilize Microsoft Office products to support daily administrative tasks and documentation
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to order management and customer inquiries
Upload and maintain accurate documentation in the system, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards
Provide exceptional customer service to clients and medical professionals, addressing questions and concerns promptly
Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and ensure smooth workflow
Follow established protocols and processes to support healthcare operations efficiently
Participate in training programs to familiarize yourself with company systems and procedures
Maintain professionalism during interactions and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
Previous experience in healthcare or medical customer service is advantageous
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and medical professionals
Proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems and Microsoft Office tools
Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and accuracy
Familiarity with basic medical terminology is beneficial
