We are looking for a dedicated Medical Customer Service Representative to join our team in Temecula, California. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns with professionalism and care. Job Responsibility:
Respond to incoming calls from patients, addressing inquiries and providing accurate information
Assist patients with billing questions and payment processes, ensuring clarity and satisfaction
Utilize basic medical terminology to communicate effectively and accurately with patients
Manage patient interactions professionally, ensuring a positive experience during every contact
Document patient interactions and maintain accurate records in the system
Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless service
Uphold company standards for confidentiality and compliance while handling sensitive patient information
Provide guidance to patients regarding healthcare services and procedures
Identify and escalate issues when necessary to ensure timely resolution
Meet performance targets and contribute to the overall efficiency of the call center
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role
Familiarity with basic medical terminology and patient billing processes
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with patients
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
Proficiency in using call center software or customer service tools
Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve conflicts calmly
High level of organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
