Job Responsibility:

Use active listening and de-escalation techniques to address concerns and maintain a supportive experience.
Explain basic billing-related information and route more complex account questions to the appropriate team.
Document call details clearly and maintain accurate records within internal healthcare systems.
Build rapport with patients, families, and clinical offices while delivering service aligned with healthcare standards.
Support call center operations by managing a steady volume of inquiries and prioritizing urgent requests appropriately.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in customer service, call center support, or a similar patient-facing role.
Working knowledge of basic medical terminology and familiarity with healthcare environments.
Experience handling inbound calls, appointment coordination, or client intake activities.
Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to show empathy and remain composed in difficult conversations.
Ability to de-escalate tense situations and provide thoughtful solutions while maintaining professionalism.
Familiarity with patient billing discussions and understanding when to escalate financial questions.
Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately enter and update information in electronic systems.
