Job Description

MioDottore, part of the global DocPlanner Group, is leading an ambitious AI-driven project in the medical field called NOA. Our goal is to support doctors by generating accurate and structured medical documentation through artificial intelligence. To help us ensure the quality of this AI-generated content, we are looking for a Medical Content Quality Reviewer. You will play a key role in reviewing and refining medical facts extracted from anonymized recordings of real consultations.

Job Responsibility

  • Access our web-based tool, where you’ll find a list of AI-generated medical facts and links to anonymized audio recordings of medical consultations (in Italian)
  • Listen carefully to the recordings to understand the clinical context, including symptoms, diagnoses, treatments, prescriptions, and other relevant details
  • Review and correct the AI-generated medical facts: Confirm correct and relevant information
  • Flag or remove any facts that are irrelevant, incorrect, or not inferable from the audio
  • Add any missing facts that are clinically important but not captured by the AI
  • Correct any errors, inconsistencies, or formatting issues according to Electronic Health Record (EHR) best practices
  • Ensure clarity, precision, and proper formatting of all content
  • Use the comment section to document any uncertainty or inaudible content

Requirements

  • Current student of Medicine and Surgery (Medicina e Chirurgia) from the 4th year onward
  • Familiarity with clinical language and medical documentation standards (e.g., EHR structure)
  • Attention to detail and ability to assess the accuracy of medical information
  • English proficiency (the tool interface and documentation may be in English)

What we offer

  • Freelance collaboration, fully remote
  • Flexible working hours with a total workload of approximately 60 hours
  • Involvement in a cutting-edge AI project in the healthcare sector
  • Access to a dedicated, user-friendly web platform and training materials
