Job Responsibility:
Build and maintain respectful, professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists and other local healthcare partners
Develop and deliver a territory business plan guided by customer insight and local needs
Share clear, accurate, science-based information to support healthcare professionals’ decision-making
Record activity and results accurately using company systems and share relevant insight with the team
Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to resolve customer needs and improve patient access
Keep learning about clinical evidence, market trends and practical ways to improve performance
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree from a recognised institution
Minimum 1 year of customer-facing field sales, territory management, or similar experience
Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly within the territory
Good verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages used in Mangalore
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Right to work in India
Nice to have:
Prior experience in pharmaceutical, medical devices or healthcare sales roles
Comfortable discussing clinical evidence and explaining scientific concepts to healthcare professionals
Strong planning, organisation and time management skills
Ability to use customer insight and basic data to guide activity and prioritise work
Fluency in Kannada, Konkani or other local languages commonly used in Mangalore
Motivation to learn, adapt and take on increasing responsibility
