You will engage healthcare professionals across Hyderabad to build trust, share clear science-based information, and support better patient care. You will create and deliver a focused territory plan and use customer insight to prioritise activity. Job Responsibility:

  • Build and maintain respectful, professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists and other local healthcare partners
  • Develop and execute a territory business plan guided by customer insight and local needs
  • Share clear, accurate, science-based information to support healthcare professionals’ decision-making
  • Record and report activity and results accurately using company systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to resolve customer needs and improve patient access
  • Keep learning about clinical evidence, market trends and practical ways to improve performance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognised institution
  • Minimum 1 year of customer-facing field sales or territory management experience
  • Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly within the territory
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages used in Hyderabad
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Right to work in India

Nice to have:

  • Prior experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare sales, or medical liaison roles
  • Comfortable discussing clinical evidence and scientific concepts with healthcare professionals
  • Strong planning, organisation and time management skills
  • Ability to use customer insight and simple data to guide activity
  • Fluency in Telugu, Hindi or other local languages commonly used in Hyderabad
  • High motivation to learn, adapt and take on increasing responsibility
