Job Responsibility:
Build and maintain respectful professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists and other local healthcare partners
Develop and deliver a territory business plan based on customer insight and local needs
Share clear, accurate, science-based information to support healthcare professionals’ decision-making
Track, record and report activity and results accurately using company systems
Work closely with cross-functional colleagues to resolve customer needs and improve patient access
Keep learning about clinical evidence, local market trends and practical ways to improve performance
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree from a recognised institution
Minimum 1 year of customer-facing field sales, medical support or territory management experience
Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly within the territory
Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Marathi or other local languages commonly used in Nagpur
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Right to work in India
Nice to have:
Prior experience in pharmaceutical, medical or healthcare field roles
Comfortable discussing clinical evidence and scientific concepts with healthcare professionals
Strong planning, organisation and time management skills
Ability to use customer insight and simple data to guide activity
Fluency in Marathi, Hindi or other local languages commonly used in the Nagpur area
High motivation to learn, adapt and take on increasing responsibility
