Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Medical Billing/Claims/Collections Specialist in Chattanooga, Tennessee. This Contract position offers an opportunity to contribute to the effective management of accounts receivable and insurance claims, with a focus on Medicare Advantage and commercial billing. Job Responsibility

  • Manage accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely follow-up on Medicare Advantage and commercial insurance claims
  • Review and resolve medical billing issues, including denials and appeals, to ensure accurate payment
  • Utilize various online portals to work through claims and insurance submissions efficiently
  • Maintain detailed and organized records of billing activities to support accurate reporting
  • Collaborate with team members to address complex billing scenarios and achieve resolution
  • Apply expertise in MR claims systems to streamline processes

  • Ability to handle multitasking and manage competing priorities
