Job Description:

The purpose of a Medical Assistant at Oak Street Health is to gather necessary medical information to ensure providers have accurate data when making decisions. Medical Assistants are vital to the Care Teams, collaborating closely with teammates to drive patient satisfaction and clinical results. Responsibilities involve assisting with screenings, diagnostic testing, and relationship-building with patients. Job Responsibility:

Gather all necessary medical information regarding patients to ensure providers have accurate information
assist in the assessment of patients’ health conditions through screenings and routine diagnostic testing
