Job Description:

Step into a role where your skills truly make a difference. As a Medical Assistant/MA‑R with Swedish Medical Group’s Neurology team, you’ll be an essential part of a collaborative clinical environment, supporting both patients and providers. From coordinating schedules and updating charts in EPIC to taking vital signs and preparing patients for their appointments, you’ll play a key role in delivering seamless, compassionate care.

Job Responsibility:

  • Coordinating schedules and updating charts in EPIC

  • Delivering seamless, compassionate care

Requirements:

  • Washington Medical Assistant Registration (MA‑R), obtained within 60 days of hire
  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association, obtained within 30 days of hire

Nice to have:

  • Coursework or training in Medical Assisting, Medical Office Assisting, Medical Secretary, or Health Unit Coordination
  • At least six months of experience providing MA support in a clinic setting
