Job Responsibility:

Completing rooming of all patients for their visits
Capturing patient histories
Required verbal screenings
Needed point of care or other tests
Responding to patient requests for information
Coordinating with other clinical team members
Supply/inventory management
Safety walkthroughs
Routing/processing of all faxes and mail
Uploading to EMR as needed

Requirements:

Completing rooming of all patients for their visits to include: vital signs
capturing patient histories
required verbal screenings
needed point of care or other tests
Responding to patient requests for information in a timely manner
Coordinating as needed with other clinical team members
Supply/inventory management
Safety walkthroughs
Routing/processing of all faxes and mail, to include uploading to EMR as needed
