Job Description:

Medical Assistant/Phlebotomists are an essential part of the care teams at CVS Health's Oak Street Health. They are responsible for assisting healthcare providers, performing routine diagnostic tasks, rooming patients, and providing vaccinations and other clinical support as directed by RNs or Providers. This full-time onsite role involves ensuring efficient patient care, assisting in medical procedures, and collaborating with care teams.

Job Responsibility:

Ensures efficient patient flow
assists providers with staying on schedule
delivers an exceptional patient experience
helps patients prepare for their visit
conducts infection control measures
ensures exam rooms are clean and ready
supports care teams with obtaining medical records
participates in care team meetings
administers vaccinations under RN or Provider direction
performs waived laboratory testing.
