Current Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT)
Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)
Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA)
Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) or equivalent credential
Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on phlebotomy experience required
Demonstrated proficiency in venipuncture
specimen handling

Job Responsibility

Perform venipuncture and specimen collection accurately and confidently
Administer wellness injections and assist with other clinical services
Perform urine
hair
nail and saliva drug tests (DOT and non-DOT)

DNA testing

and nutritional injection programs
Consult with customers regarding available testing options and help them understand services that may support their health goals
