We are looking for an experienced Medical Assistant II for our Baptist Primary Care Julington Creek office located in St. Johns, FL. This is a Full-Time opportunity. The experienced candidate will perform back-office Medical Assistant II duties.

Job Responsibility:

Provides medical assistance to physician
Obtains vital signs
Greets and chaperones patients during medical visit
Maintains medical documentation
Schedules care, treatment, diagnostic tests per physician
Processes prescription requests and referrals

Requirements:

3-5 years Patient Care Experience
Experience in Physician's office
High School Diploma/GED Required
Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
Certified Medical Assistant Required
Experience working in a Medical Office
