Job Description

Provides nursing assistance to physician. Obtains vital signs. Greets and chaperones patients during medical visit. Responsible for telephone triage and patient education. Maintains medical documentation. Schedules care, treatment, and diagnostic tests, per physician. Processes CLIA waived tests, prescription requests, and referrals. Cross trains in front office, referrals area, and other areas.
