Job Responsibility

Patient Flow Management: Control and monitor patient flow to maximize provider and exam room efficiency, making adjustments based on patient volume and resource availability
Room and Patient Preparation: Prepare exam rooms according to patient needs, escort patients, ensure their comfort, and prepare medical records by confirming accurate patient data
Clinical Support and Testing: Perform and record vital signs, conduct routine and point-of-care tests, and assist with collections such as phlebotomy and nasopharyngeal swabs under supervision
Supply and Equipment Management: Ensure the availability and readiness of necessary supplies and equipment, coordinate supply orders, and maintain inventory, stock supplies, and rotate them as required
Quality Assurance and Participation: Follow safety and waste disposal procedures, participate in quality improvement projects and unit meetings, and ensure clinic rooms meet Infection Prevention policies
