Job Description:

Talentmark are recruiting for a Medical Affairs Professional to join a company in the pharmaceutical industry on a contract basis until the end of 2026 (inside IR35).

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the Medical Affairs team in coordinating and executing operational plans, ensuring alignment with broader brand and medical strategies
  • Coordinate and track Medical Affairs activities including real world evidence projects, advisory boards, symposia, consultancies and scientific exchange with healthcare professionals
  • Act as the originator for Veeva materials, supporting the preparation and approval of medical and medical education content
  • Coordinate with third party providers such as medical writers, agencies and external partners to support medical activities
  • Lead or contribute to Medical Affairs projects that improve operational efficiency, digital processes and team productivity
  • Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders including Medical Affairs teams, brand managers, compliance, finance and external partners to support delivery of medical activities

Requirements:

  • Degree in Life Sciences, Health Sciences or a related discipline
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow structured processes
  • Proven ability to coordinate projects and manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams
  • Experience supporting Medical Affairs, pharmaceutical or healthcare environments would be advantageous
  • Experience using Veeva systems would be beneficial
