This role offers a unique opportunity to sit at the intersection of science, strategy, and clinical practice, working closely with healthcare professionals, internal stakeholders, and key opinion leaders across the region. As Medical Affairs Manager, you will play a central role in defining and executing medical strategy, ensuring scientific integrity, regulatory compliance, and meaningful clinical engagement. You will act as a trusted medical partner internally and externally, helping to translate evidence into value for clinicians and patients.

Requirements:
Advanced degree in medicine, nursing, pharmacy, or life sciences (MD, RN, PharmD, PhD, MSc preferred)
3-5 years of experience in Medical Affairs within pharma or medical devices, ideally in an international setting
Strong scientific and clinical understanding of urology, critical care, or infection prevention
Strategic mindset with proven project leadership capabilities
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Familiarity with European clinical trial requirements, MDR, and ethical standards
Confident working with digital platforms and medical information systems
Fluent in English
