Medical Affairs Document Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the MDS euMDR Medical Affairs Team as needed to support the transition to euMDR. This individual will also be responsible for collecting, organizing, and assessing the required documentation for Clinical Evaluation Plans (CEP) and Clinical Evaluation Reports (CER) from various functions. The Document Coordinator is efficient, organized, resourceful and functions well both individually and as part of a team. Assuring a steady completion of workload in a timely manner is key to success in this position.
Job Responsibility:
General clerical duties including photocopying, fax, e-mail and mailing as needed
Maintain electronic filing system for CEPs/CERs
Manage requests for information and data
Manage workflow, ensuring that deadlines are met and work is completed correctly
Providing administrative support to the MDS euMDR Medical Affairs Team as needed to support the transition to euMDR
Collecting, organizing, and assessing the required documentation for Clinical Evaluation Plans (CEP) and Clinical Evaluation Reports (CER) from various functions.
Requirements:
Three to five years’ relevant experience
Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Excellent PC computer skills
Flexible and adaptable
Ability to gather and monitor information
Ability to assess and solve problems
Ability to prioritize
Attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional communication skills - written and verbal
Superior planning and organizing skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner
Minimum of high school diploma. Associates Degree preferred.
