Job Responsibility

  • Stay current on medical science and pharmacotherapy trends by reviewing professional literature, attending scientific congresses, and engaging with national and international experts
  • Provide up-to-date, scientifically sound input to internal departments, particularly Marketing, to support strategy and promotional initiatives
  • Collaborate with Marketing on the development of promotional materials and positioning strategies for pharmaceutical brands
  • Prepare training content and deliver educational sessions for Medical Representatives
  • Participate in cross-functional domestic and international project teams, particularly regarding product development and international market launches

Requirements

  • Higher education (preferred in Medicine, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Chemistry or similar)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including at least 2 years in a Medical Advisor or Medical Science Liaison (or similar) role, ideally with Rx products
  • Proficiency in using medical databases and scientific research tools
  • Excellent presentation skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Strong organizational skills, independence, and creativity
  • Very good command of English (spoken and written)
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical advertising regulations

Nice to have

Previous experience in an international working environment will be an advantage
