In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and nurturing strong, synergistic relationships with medical specialist groups to expand research, advisory, and educational partnerships across Theramex’s Women’s Health therapeutic areas - including menopause, contraception, osteoporosis, and uterine fibroids - within your assigned region. You will work closely with sales, marketing, market access, regulatory teams, and key external stakeholders, ensuring that insights gathered in the field help shape both the medical strategy and overall brand plan. The ideal candidate will consistently demonstrate a positive, agile, and solutions‑oriented mindset, serving as an exemplary ambassador for Theramex in all interactions with healthcare professionals.
Job Responsibility:
Provide clear, high‑quality scientific support across all medical activities
Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
Gather and share actionable scientific insights from external experts
Communicate medical and scientific data confidently and accurately
Support advisory boards, roundtables, and scientific events
Assist with external research activities and clinical investigator identification
Respond to medical information requests in a timely, professional manner
Deliver medical training and guidance to internal teams
Support cross‑functional colleagues as a subject‑matter expert
Contribute to clinical research efforts where needed
Stay up‑to‑date on scientific developments, competitors, and clinical practice
Maintain strong knowledge of healthcare systems and relevant regulations
Coordinate effectively with field teams, including sales, to ensure alignment
Uphold high standards of scientific integrity and compliance
Represent the medical function professionally at conferences and external meetings
Requirements:
Degree in medicine, health sciences, pharmacy, biotechnology, biology, or related fields
Experience in clinical drug development or medical affairs
Ability and willingness to travel
Fluency in English and Spanish
Strong scientific, medical, or clinical research background (preferred)
