Job Responsibility:

  • Build and maintain trusted scientific relationships with oncologists and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
  • Respond to non-promotional medical information requests with accurate, balanced and clear explanations of clinical evidence
  • Collect and share clinical insights from the field to inform medical strategy and research priorities
  • Support clinical development activities, including identification and engagement of potential clinical trial sites and investigator-initiated studies
  • Represent the medical team at scientific meetings, conferences, and local events
  • Work closely with cross-functional partners to align medical, clinical and commercial activities around patient needs

Requirements:

  • Advanced degree in a relevant scientific or healthcare field (MD, PhD, PharmD, or equivalent)
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in medical affairs, clinical practice, clinical research, or related roles with demonstrated scientific communication skills
  • Strong written and spoken English
  • Fluent Filipino/Tagalog or other local language skills are an advantage
  • Proven ability to present complex clinical data clearly to diverse audiences
  • Valid Philippines driver’s license and readiness for regular travel
  • Ability to work independently, manage a territory, and build trusted professional relationships

  • Prior experience in oncology or hematology medical affairs roles
