Job Description:

Office Angels is supporting a business in recruiting temporary administration coverage for a busy period. The role involves processing medical referrals, triaging cases, and handling confidential information, with hybrid working arrangements in central Canterbury.

Job Responsibility:

Supporting with a backlog of medical referrals
Screening referrals that come in to the service
Reviewing referral information, clinical screening scores and questionnaires
Medical triaging
Following strict guidelines
Handling confidential information
Accurate data entry and uploading of documents

Requirements:

Supporting with a backlog of medical referrals
Screening referrals that come in to the service
Reviewing referral information, clinical screening scores and questionnaires
Medical triaging
Following strict guidelines
Handling confidential information
Accurate data entry and uploading of documents
Have strong IT skills
Have experience in triage
Have a Degree in Psychology or Studying towards
Are quick to learn new systems
