Job Description

A Medical Company in Arcadia is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time Medical Administrative Clerk to support daily office operations. This Part-Time Medical Administrative Clerk is ideal for someone with strong administrative, data entry, and document management skills who can help maintain efficient office workflows and accurate records. Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM

Job Responsibility

  • Complete and maintain administrative paperwork and filing systems
  • Perform accurate data entry and document management
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel for basic data tracking and reporting
  • Type correspondence, forms, and other business documents
  • Organize and maintain office records and files
  • Provide general administrative support to the office team
  • Assist with day-to-day clerical duties as needed

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Accurate typing and data entry skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience in a medical or healthcare office setting
  • Familiarity with records management and front office support
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
