Join our client's team as a Medical Administrative Assistant and support the delivery of quality patient care by handling a range of administrative tasks in a medical office or healthcare facility.

Job Responsibility:

  • Greet and assist patients and visitors
  • Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage calendars
  • Maintain and update patient records securely and accurately
  • Coordinate communications between medical staff, patients, and insurance companies
  • Assist with billing, insurance verification, and claims processing
  • Perform general office tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents

Requirements:
