Requirements:

  • Must be able to work onsite 5 days per week
  • Preferred candidate will have knowledge of Integrated Eligibility (Medicaid, Snap/Tanf or Child Care)
  • Knowledge and experience testing the eligibility Rules will be added benefit
  • Preferred candidate will have knowledge & experience with Reports and Integration testing
  • Preferred candidate will have knowledge and experience using Test Management tools
  • Preferred candidate will have knowledge & ability to script using automation tools such as Selenium & Cucumber
  • Preferred candidate will have knowledge to manual scripting and test execution
  • Act as key point of contact for QA aspects of releases, providing test services and coordinating QA resources
  • Ensure that all testing work is carried out in accordance with Test plan, including schedule and quality requirements
  • Provide feedback to System Integrator on the implications of testing outcomes
  • Knowledge of SDLC and defect lifecycle
  • Adhere to formal QA processes and daily goals as established by the QA lead
  • Ensure that all testing work is carried out in accordance with the Test plan, including schedule and quality requirements
  • Proactively follow up on questions and defects and follow to closure
  • Respond to all requests from stakeholders in a timely and professional manner
  • Experience with HHS Eligibility Systems and Policy: 7 + years
  • Experienced tester with knowledge in Medicaid and SNAP/TANF benefits and skills in writing and executing test scripts: 7+ years
  • Adhere to formal QA processes, ensuring that the Systems Implementation [SI] team is using industry-accepted best practices: 7+ years
  • BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Working knowledge of test management software
  • Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is required
  • Excellent communication skills
