Engaging, consulting and educating members based upon their unique needs, preferences and understanding
Using tools and resources available to help guide members along a clear path to care
Requirements:
1 year of Customer service experience in a transaction-based environment such as a call center or retail locations
Must live within 50 miles from Plantation and Jacksonville
