Job Description:

Customer Service Representative is the face of Aetna and impacts members' service experience by handling customer service inquiries and problems via telephone, internet, or written correspondence. Customer inquiries are of basic and at times complex nature.

Job Responsibility:

Handling customer service inquiries and problems via telephone, internet, or written correspondence
Engaging, consulting and educating members based upon their unique needs, preferences and understanding
Using tools and resources available to help guide members along a clear path to care

Requirements:

1 year of Customer service experience in a transaction-based environment such as a call center or retail locations
Must live within 50 miles from Plantation and Jacksonville
High School Diploma or GED equivalent

Nice to have:

1-2 years of Healthcare or Medicaid experience
Trauma informed care training
Bilingual candidates
Exposure to Care Management
Experience in a production environment
Familiarity with de-escalations
Telework experience
