Job Description:
The Senior Enterprise Architect is responsible for defining and governing the end-to-end enterprise architecture for the State of Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services (HFS) task order supporting Medicaid Enterprise modernization. This role ensures that solution designs align to business outcomes, Medicaid Enterprise objectives, and target-state architecture across business, application, data, integration, infrastructure, and security domains. Serving as a primary architecture liaison between NTT DATA, HFS, and key stakeholders, this role facilitates architecture governance (e.g., design reviews, decision logs, and compliance to standards) and communicates architecture direction, tradeoffs, and impacts to technical and non-technical audiences throughout the engagement. The position is remote, with the possibility of up to 25% travel to the client location in Springfield, Illinois.
