Job Responsibility

  • Advise clients on Medicaid eligibility, long-term care planning, and asset protection strategies tailored to their needs
  • Prepare, review, and submit Medicaid applications and related documentation with accuracy and attention to detail

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree and an active license to practice law in Minnesota
