Job Responsibility

Design, develop, and maintain Mediation Zone applications using Digital Route’s platform
Participate in all phases of the SDLC including requirements gathering, analysis, design, implementation, testing, and documentation
Ensure smooth operation of Mediation Zone in production environments
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner to maintain system stability
