Job Description:

The job involves working in a hybrid setting within an international environment. Key responsibilities include configuring and adding new streams/workflows in mediation, troubleshooting mediation environments, and managing tasks effectively.

Requirements:

5-10 years of experience in mediation operations
Expert knowledge of mediation logics and CDR flows
Hands-on experience with mediation systems (Nokia Mediation experience a plus)
Experience with batch and online processing
Experience configuring and adding new streams/workflows in mediation
Strong troubleshooting skills in mediation environments
Understanding of cloud concepts (VM/PODS/Containers) and Kubernetes
Proficiency in Linux, SQL queries, and shell scripting
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to manage own tasks effectively
