Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience in mediation operations
  • Expert knowledge of mediation logics and CDR flows
  • Hands-on experience with mediation systems (Nokia Mediation experience a plus)
  • Experience with batch and online processing
  • Experience configuring and adding new streams/workflows in mediation
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in mediation environments
  • Understanding of cloud concepts (VM/PODS/Containers) and Kubernetes
  • Proficiency in Linux, SQL queries, and shell scripting
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage own tasks effectively
