We’re looking for a Media Strategy Director to lead the development of integrated media plans that move audiences and drive measurable business impact. This role blends strategic rigor, operational excellence, and client leadership to ensure our work is thoughtful, scalable, and built to perform.
Job Responsibility:
Lead media strategy, plan development, and budget allocation across integrated media ecosystem
Identify and size target audiences based on client briefs, cultural insight, and business goals
Facilitate media brief development and ensure clear translation of strategy to investment teams
Evaluate media vehicles and channel composition to maximize reach, efficiency, and impact
Oversee client setup, billing coordination, and administrative processes to ensure operational integrity
Present recommendations to account teams and senior clients with confidence and clarity
Build strong, trusted relationships with key client stakeholders
Write and deliver strategies and POVs as well as oversee the translation of these strategies into the final audience plans
Create detailed media measurement frameworks aligned to business outcomes in collaboration with data & analytics
Ensure work is executed thoroughly and precisely, following established procedures
Direct and develop the growth of media strategists and supervisors and mentor associate directors
Provide performance feedback and contribute to team growth and training
Serve as a senior resource for complex problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration
Requirements:
8–10+ years of experience in media strategy or planning
3+ years of progressive management experience
Strong quantitative and analytical skills (advanced Excel proficiency required)
High attention to detail and operational discipline
Comfort leading strategic conversations and taking a point of view with clients
Ability to independently prioritize across multiple workstreams
Professional presence in all internal and external communications
A self-starter mindset with a collaborative spirit
Resourcefulness in troubleshooting and navigating complexity
