Job Description:

We are seeking a Paid Media Specialist with a strong focus on YouTube Ads to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of video-first performance marketing campaigns. While the primary responsibility will be YouTube campaign strategy and management, this role will also support paid efforts across Google Ads (Search and Display), LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms. This is an exciting opportunity for a data-driven marketer who is passionate about video content, performance marketing, and the evolving landscape of YouTube advertising. You will collaborate closely with our strategy, content, and analytics teams to drive exceptional results for our clients, leveraging YouTube’s unique targeting and creative potential.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own the end-to-end management of YouTube Ads campaigns, from planning and creative input to execution and optimization
  • Develop audience strategies using YouTube-specific targeting options, including affinity, in-market, custom intent, and remarketing audiences
  • Partner with content and creative teams to brief and refine video ad creatives that drive engagement and conversion
  • Analyze video performance metrics (e.g., view-through rate, watch time, earned actions, CPV) and implement data-backed improvements
  • Stay ahead of YouTube platform updates, ad formats (skippable, non-skippable, bumper), and best practices to maintain cutting-edge strategy
  • Support Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and Remarketing, aligning strategy with broader YouTube-led initiatives
  • Conduct keyword research, implement bidding strategies, and A/B test copy and landing pages to optimize Google performance
  • Integrate YouTube and Google Ads efforts into a cohesive performance strategy
  • Contribute to paid campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn Ads (especially for B2B clients) and Meta when appropriate
  • Develop targeting and creative strategies to extend reach and support the video-first approach initiated on YouTube
  • Leverage YouTube Analytics, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Looker Studio, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager to measure and report on performance
  • Provide clear and actionable insights based on video engagement, conversion data, and platform-specific KPIs
  • Translate campaign data into concise reports and optimization plans for both internal and client-facing use
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure that YouTube campaigns are integrated with strategy, messaging, and creative efforts
  • Advocate for the strategic use of video across platforms, championing YouTube as a performance driver
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive insights to inform campaign decisions and uncover new growth opportunities
  • Serve as the go-to expert for clients regarding their YouTube campaign performance and strategy
  • Present performance summaries, insights, and next-step recommendations in client meetings
  • Proactively suggest testing ideas and scaling opportunities to improve video campaign ROI

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience managing YouTube Ads campaigns with a focus on performance and ROI
  • Proven success with video marketing strategies that drive measurable business outcomes
  • Strong background in Google Ads (Search, Display, Remarketing) to support video-first campaigns
  • Experience with other paid platforms (LinkedIn, Meta) is a plus
  • Familiarity with clients in tech, e-commerce, or health & wellness industries is preferred
  • Proficiency in YouTube Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and Google Tag Manager
  • Strong grasp of video KPIs, bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and creative optimization for YouTube
  • Ability to collaborate with creative teams to shape and refine effective video assets
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to draw meaningful insights from performance data
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain performance data and strategic recommendations clearly
  • A self-starter attitude with a desire to stay on the cutting edge of digital video advertising
  • Strong multitasking and project management capabilities in a fast-paced agency environment

Nice to have:

  • Experience with other paid platforms (LinkedIn, Meta)
  • Familiarity with clients in tech, e-commerce, or health & wellness industries
