Media Sciences team is responsible for optimizing client interactions and spend through - improved attribution; generating audience insights; measuring and tracking contribution of different channels and acquisitions campaigns; experimenting design for different marketing strategies; & developing dashboards for senior leadership. This role entails contributions to the following areas - Marketing Analytics – Manage marketing partners & assess the impact of marketing efforts and optimize return from campaigns in given marketing budget; Event ROI Analytics – Source & client Events data from multiple sources, assess short & long term of impact of events on client engagement, ROI of the event and design recommendation for future events; Social & Web Analytics – Understand engagement of Existing & prospect Citi client across Citi pages and social media partners, optimize for banners/offers placement across digital real estate for best returns in terms of client acquisition & engagement; Business critical Dashboards: self-explanatory and detailed dashboards to review the ongoing marketing efforts and drive real time insights for future actions
Job Responsibility
Translate data into consumer or customer behavioral insights to drive targeting and segmentation strategies, and communicate clearly and effectively to business partners and senior leaders all findings

Requirements
10+ years of experience
Experience as an Operations Research Analyst, Analytics Manager, Strategic Business Analyst or related position performing quantitative analytics supporting financial services
Experience analyzing large datasets
