Job Description

The Palestinian Information Technology Association of Companies (PITA) seeks to contract a qualified media production and broadcasting company to produce, broadcast, and livestream three televised podcast episodes. These episodes will serve as a public engagement and visibility tool to amplify the project’s key messages, showcase women’s participation and leadership in ICT, highlight inclusive workplace practices, and promote broader dialogue around gender-responsive digital transformation in Palestine. Each episode is expected to be approximately 40–45 minutes long and will feature a professional moderator/host, project representatives, women professionals, ICT companies, experts, private-sector actors, institutional partners, and other relevant stakeholders.

Job Responsibility

  • Produce, broadcast, and livestream three televised podcast episodes under the Inclusive Digital Transformation project
  • Agreeing with PITA on the episode themes, guests, and timeline
  • Preparing the episode outlines and guiding questions
  • Providing a professional moderator/host capable of managing interactive televised discussions with multiple speakers and in-studio audience engagement
  • Producing three episodes, each lasting approximately 40–45 minutes
  • Broadcasting the episodes on television
  • Livestreaming the episodes on agreed digital platforms
  • Ensuring good sound, lighting, filming, editing, and overall production quality
  • Including the approved PITA, BMZ, GIZ, and project branding
  • Providing the final recorded episodes in high-quality format
  • Producing short clips/highlights for social media use
  • Sharing links, screenshots, and basic reach/engagement data, where available
  • Submitting a short final report

Requirements

  • Legal registration as a media production, broadcasting, communication, or relevant service provider
  • Proven experience in television production, podcast production, live broadcasting, livestreaming, or media programming
  • Demonstrated experience in producing professional talk-show, interview-based, podcast, or awareness-raising media content
  • Ability to broadcast content on television and livestream through digital platforms
  • Availability of professional production equipment, qualified crew, editing capacity, and technical broadcasting arrangements
  • Strong editorial, scripting, moderation, and storytelling capacity
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple speakers, stakeholders, and project teams
  • Ability to produce short social media clips and digital content adapted for online dissemination
  • Ability to provide proper documentation, reporting, links, screenshots, and reach/engagement data
  • Commitment to visibility guidelines, ethical communication, informed consent, and respectful representation of participants
