Job Description:

The Media Orchestrator provides operational backbone and workflow continuity for Dell’s digital demand generation campaigns. Acting as the connector across Media Managers, Analysts, Data Intelligence, Content, and Finance teams, this role ensures that campaigns are launched on time, data is accurate, assets are compliant with vendors, and financial governance is maintained. The Orchestrator also maintains vendor documentation and reporting hygiene, serving as the go-to resource for operational readiness.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support Media Managers in launching and managing digital demand generation campaigns
  • Request and track Target Account Lists (TALs) from Data Intelligence teams to ensure accurate audience targeting
  • Share approved creatives, landing pages, and campaign assets with publishers and vendors
  • Confirm campaign go-live details and ensure accurate trafficking of assets
  • Collaborate with vendor partners to ensure creative compliance with brand and funding requirements
  • Track and document funding approvals and campaign budgets
  • Collaborate with billing & finance to reconcile monthly publisher invoices against campaign bookings and performance data
  • Maintain campaign records, contracts, and insertion orders (IOs) for audit and reporting purposes
  • Ensure all campaign documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date
  • Work closely with Media Managers, Senior Media Managers, and Demand Signal Orchestrators to ensure alignment across campaign workflows
  • Collaborate with creative, legal, and data intelligence teams to ensure all required materials and approvals are delivered on time
  • Communicate proactively with publishers and vendors to manage timelines and resolve operational issues
  • Maintain internal campaign tracking tools and documentation systems
  • Support efforts to streamline operational workflows and improve efficiency across the media execution process
  • Stay informed about new tools and best practices that enhance campaign orchestration and execution quality

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in media operations, trafficking, or digital campaign logistics
  • Experience with billing workflows (PO/IO), VF documentation, and reconciliation tools
  • Ability to manage complex timelines and multiple internal hand-offs

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with tools such as SFDC, Allocadia, Workfront, and Excel
  • Proactive communicator with attention to detail and process consistency
