Job Description:

We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our team as a Media Operations Specialist. This role demands a candidate who is proficient in managing high-profile, fast-paced, digital media operations in an agency environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and a knack for developing and following operational processes consistently.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own creative trafficking, flowchart development / management, campaign budget pacing, KPI pacing, client and vendor invoicing, billing actualization, ad tag / creative trafficking, and vendor outreach / communication
  • Leverage QA documentation to thoroughly check campaign setup and accuracy against defined strategy and goals
  • Testing conversion events across platforms and working with internal dev teams at times to trouble shoot and fix tracking issues
  • Develop and enhance QA documentation when appropriate
  • Support client campaign launch efforts
  • Build campaigns across paid media platforms with accuracy and precision against defined strategy and goals
  • Support client reporting processes and assist in trouble shooting issues
  • Occasionally supporting ad-hoc client reporting requests

Requirements:

  • 3+ years at a digital media agency in an ad operations and/or media operations role
  • Experience in a fast-paced agency environment working on multiple clients at a time
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Finance, or a related field
