Job Description

Bring thought-leadership to Mosaic's media strategy. Guide the paid media strategy & tactics for a portfolio of clients: contribution to the media planning process, budget setting, industry tracking, test & learn agenda, etc. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive innovative media tactics that push the business forward. Participate in the establishment, tracking, and reporting of business and media KPIs. Manage external media and tech partners to ensure performance and cost efficiencies.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage daily performance across channels including, but not limited to: SEM, programmatic, display remarketing, paid social media, and affiliate to deliver on campaign goals and KPIs
  • Support leadership by proposing and managing performance improvements that provide positive revenue impact across media mix
  • Utilize analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience beyond paid media and identify improvements across channels and touchpoints
  • Ensure the development, execution, tracking, and reporting of media campaigns is on-time and on-goal
  • Identify areas of saturation and points of diminishing returns within audiences and platforms and recommend solutions to maximize return on ad spend
  • Work with the Measurement team to continually improve the media measurement planning and reporting process
  • Understand and effectively communicate synergies across content, media activations and performance outcomes to client partners
  • Work with account teams to produce media quotes that cover time generate positive margin
  • Maintain media budgets and provide guidance on reallocation of funds across digital platforms and channels when needed
  • Manage media IOs and POs to ensure partners are paid accurately and on time
  • Ensure all media tagging is correctly executed with support vendors and measurement team within DCM and GA
  • Oversee activations executed by junior team members to drive customer acquisition and greatest return on investment
  • Compile client research, competitive data and digital landscape information to share with broader client team on ongoing basis
  • Research emerging digital platforms and communications strategies to support client recommendations
