Job Description

This is a key role within the business, sitting between senior leadership and executives, responsible for leading planning output, managing client relationships and driving campaign performance across a portfolio of major brands. As Media Manager, you will take ownership of end-to-end media planning across offline and digital channels. You will work closely with strategy, digital, performance and investment teams to deliver integrated, data-led media solutions aligned to client objectives. You will also play a key role in mentoring junior team members and ensuring best-in-class planning standards.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead the development of integrated media plans across TV, OOH, digital and social
  • Translate client briefs into strategic, insight-driven media recommendations
  • Manage day-to-day client communication and presentations
  • Oversee campaign implementation in collaboration with buying and activation teams
  • Monitor performance and optimise campaigns based on data and insights
  • Manage budgets, phasing and forecasting
  • Support in new business pitches and strategic proposals
  • Mentor and develop Media Executives and Senior Executives

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience within a media planning agency
  • Strong understanding of the Saudi media landscape
  • Experience across both offline and digital planning
  • Confident client-facing skills and presentation ability
  • Strong analytical mindset with comfort working with data
  • Experience using media tools and planning systems
  • Arabic is highly preferred given client requirements
