We are looking to hire a Media Manager to lead media planning and optimisation in support of new customer acquisition. Reporting to the Head of Acquisition, you will own the full-funnel media strategy across digital and offline channels, ensuring media investment delivers measurable growth. You will act as the key point of contact for media agencies in the UK and North America, while aligning activity with regional acquisition priorities and leading all aspects of campaign delivery through agency partners.
Job Responsibility:
Lead full-funnel media strategy across digital and offline channels
Manage UK and North America media agency relationships and performance, leading all aspects of planning, buying, and reporting
Implement and manage the affiliate marketing programme, driving incremental customer acquisition with clear performance accountability
Align media plans with regional strategies and campaign calendars
Work with the Search Manager to coordinate budgets, align performance reporting, and optimise channel mix across paid media and search
Allocate and optimise media budgets to maximise return on investment through data-driven decisions
Track and report on media performance, providing insights and actionable recommendations
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to advise strategy
Partner with internal creative teams and agencies to ensure best-fit assets are produced and optimised per platform and channel
Guide Media Executive on campaign delivery, trafficking, and reporting
Requirements:
Proven experience in media planning & buying positions across brand and agency sides
Expert in cross-channel strategy with proven ability to plan and optimise for both digital and offline
Skilled in tailoring creative for platform-specific performance
Experienced in media production processes, collaborating with creatives and agencies
Proven track record of driving measurable customer acquisition through effective media investment
Strong analytical skills with experience in budget management, return on investment analysis, and performance reporting
Confident collaborator at all levels, influencing teams and agency partners
A commercial and customer-centric approach, ensuring media activity delivers business impact
