At Exodus, we love adventure travel and always have. We first took a group of travellers to the Himalayas 50 years ago and have since expanded to every continent of the planet. Today, we offer hundreds of itineraries across the globe, focusing on responsible travel that supports local communities and preserves the environment while aiming to provide meaningful experiences to all who travel with us. We are looking to hire a Media Manager to lead media planning and optimisation in support of new customer acquisition. Reporting to the Head of Acquisition, you will own the full funnel media strategy across digital and offline channels, ensuring media investment delivers measurable growth. This role has a strong digital focus, particularly across Paid Social and Programmatic channels including Meta, YouTube and DV360, turning media investment into measurable growth in traffic, awareness and consideration. While media agencies will lead campaign build and trafficking, you will be expected to confidently interrogate platform setup, performance metrics and optimisation decisions to ensure activity is delivering against objectives. In addition to digital channels, the role also encompasses print, CTV and audio, ensuring these are strategically integrated within a broader full funnel media plan. This role does not focus on PPC or Search. You will act as the key point of contact for media agencies in the UK and North America, aligning activity with regional acquisition priorities and leading all aspects of campaign delivery and performance accountability through agency partners. This is a hybrid role, where you will collaborate with the team 2 days a week in our central Surbiton office.
