Our client is the entertainment is seeking a Media Management Associate to join their team in Burbank! In this role, you’ll be the bridge between Show Productions and the Internal Marketing, Publicity and Sales creative teams. You are the point person for receiving and delivering show footage during the Production and Post Production process. This requires excellent communication skills, a strong knowledge of the television Post Production process and impeccable follow through. This role will troubleshoot issues with acquired show media, arrange distribution of media to creative vendors and agencies, and communicate show restrictions as needed. You will acquire company content across multiple brands for Special Projects and events. With the rapidly increasing amount of content, you will juggle dozens of shows, requests, and competing priorities in a fast-paced, quick-turn environment. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative setting, is highly organized, and drives results effectively.
Job Responsibility:
Establish, manage, and grow strong relationships with content providers on behalf of Marketing
Acquire show deliverables and ad hoc requests to spec
Troubleshoot file delivery and formatting issues
Partner closely with Marketing creatives on daily media requests and priorities
Collaborate with internal teams to acquire content for special projects (sizzles, Upfront, etc.)
Distribute source content to vendors, agencies, and internal partners
Maintain media library, security, and retention processes
Coordinate live feed captures and off-air recordings
Provide show documents to Marketing and vendors
Input and maintain show metadata and delivery info in internal database
Track and communicate content restrictions
Onboard/manage external users on media platforms
Source 3rd party footage for marketing use
Provide coverage for other Media Managers as needed
Requirements:
3+ years of Marketing, Broadcast, Production, or Post-Production experience
Strong understanding of file formats and TV post-production workflows
Strong verbal communication and presentation skills
Proficiency in Keynote, PowerPoint, Teams, Google Docs, etc.
Basic knowledge of rights management
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask across multiple projects simultaneously
Strong problem-solving skills

5+ years of relevant experience
Familiarity with content and brand
Experience with video editing and database software
Experience with calendar management and project tracking
Bachelor’s Degree required
Must be comfortable working on a Mac
Candidates should have strong attention to detail (no resume gaps or errors)
Ideal background: media management or marketing (entertainment preferred)
Must be comfortable handling multiple high-priority projects in a high-stress environment
Strong communication skills required, including ability to explain technical specs
Positive attitude and ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
