Job Responsibility:
To drive the growth and performance of FlightStory’s social channels by crafting, editing and optimising short-form video content that captivates audiences and fuels platform-native virality
Sitting at the intersection of editorial creativity and data-driven strategy, this role is responsible for repurposing our short form content for different platforms, as well as turning long-form content into high-performing, revenue generating social clips across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Snapchat, and Facebook
Requirements:
Expertise in short-form social video editing and storytelling with a deep understanding of pacing, structure, and emotion
Strong grasp of platform algorithms and best practices across TikTok, Instagram, Shorts, Facebook, and Snapchat
Ability to analyse performance data and quickly adapt editing strategies to improve results
